Introduction to Making the Cellular Shift

This is a 2 hour class to help you identify your patterns which may be limiting you and give you an introduction to energy healing. This is an introduction to grounding, increasing your awareness of your body and the different layers of emotions.

This class is conducted in a group setting, interactive which provides the opportunity to discuss personal stories and ask questions.

Each class is tailored for the participants of that class, therefore, each class has different themes.
